When the Lavender blooms in Michigan this summer, the owners of Gabriel's Garden
will open their Lavender Cottage Garden to visitors with an outdoor festival.
Enjoy the Essence of Fragrant Lavender swaying in the breeze as you listen to the sounds of
Harp & Dulcimer with live performances ongoing each day in the garden. A series of events
centered around the fragrant purple plant will also be offered, including: hands-on-workshops,
free lectures & demonstrations by local Artisans, French Cooking Classes & more.
Not only is this event a celebration of all the wonders of Lavender, but also an event that knits
together local, talented Artisans of one-of-a-kind hand-made goods! Festival booths will include
more than 40 Michigan Artists, Craftspeople and Vendors of Fine Lavender Products.
With just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of city life, the Lavender Festival is a perfect
mid-summer getaway. While you're in the area, be sure to stop in the Historic Village of Romeo.
The Gabriel's Garden Lavender Boutique is just one of many charming shops that Romeo has to offer.
